Pauline is an executive coach for professionals and entrepreneurs who wish to improve their visibility and leadership presence or to make their next bold career move. She helps clients identify their blind spots, empowers them to shift their mindset and also create their own set of tools and practices to succeed. Pauline’s approach combines compassion, sensitivity, fierce honesty and healthy pragmatism in helping her clients reach their goals.
As a coach, Pauline not only believes, but has also proven to herself that desired change, growth and thriving under different environments are all possible with the help mentors, coaches and doing her own personal development work.
Prior to coaching, Pauline spent 12+ years in the corporate world working directly with C-suite and senior level executives in the areas of strategy, marketing and business development for leading Fortune 500 companies, including The Walt Disney Company and Ralph Lauren Corporation. She has also spent time as a management consultant assisting FTSE companies launch new ventures.
Pauline’s experience spans across Europe, Asia and the United States, which has built her capability and understanding of relationship-building and motivating people across business units, nationalities and cultures.
Stepping off the corporate track and into the entrepreneurial world, Pauline trained at the renowned culinary school, Johnson & Wales, followed by a short stint at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. Pauline went on to launch her own business consulting for various food businesses, as well as teaching, in-person and online, avid home bakers how to bake like a pastry chef in their own kitchens.
