Lets not make our team feel awkward in the name of team building

It makes no sense!

Ask a member of the team who doesn't normally do sport to step up in front of the entire organisation and inevitably fail. Echo their score in the form of large red crosses and buzzer noises across the entire building then invite the next victim up to the plate!

In the world we now live and work in we believe that getting teams together is really important, but it needs to meaningful, constructive and add value.

The answer is to learn to save a life together. We been teaching three crucial life saving skills;

  • If they are bleeding stop it.
  • if they can't breathe help them.
  • If they are cold, make them warm.

as team building. As a group you can work together to perfect these skills that can be deployed in any walk of life. At the end of it you will receive a Save a life certificate and will have much greater confidence.

The final exercise of the day will see your team deal with a simulated road accident where you will put the skills into operation and get to practice the all important 999 call.

At the end of the session the team will have bonded, shared an experience and be in a position to look after each other - Now thats team building!
